Hi! I’m Brandy Thomas of Dixie Queen Photography.
I’m very excited to tell you my story, but the truth is that I first fell in love with photography at a very young age. My dad bought me my first camera all of my own when I was about 14 years old and it’s been a wild ride ever since. I spent the majority of my adult life working retail jobs and I believe that helps me in dealing with my clients on a more personable level.
About 8 years ago I decided to pursue my love with a camera once again when I got my first DSLR camera and with the encouragement and support of friends and family I have been working at it non stop ever since. Over the last few years I have grown and continue to learn as much as I can to better my craft and to serve my clients in the best that I can, so I quit my day job in January 2020 to pursue my dream full time and hear I am.
I specialize in couples, engagement, wedding, and boudoir photography but will do family, children and senior photography upon request.
